The initiative involved institutional participation from the Legal Wings Institute, the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (USP), Tsinghua University, East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), the University of Hong Kong (HKU), and the International Research Centre on Artificial Intelligence under the Auspices of UNESCO (IRCAI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The first panel, <strong>\u201cFostering the AI Economy: Legal Frameworks for Data, Innovation and Digital Infrastructure,\u201d<\/strong> explored the legal, regulatory, and institutional conditions necessary to foster the development of the AI economy.
