The approach integrates technological advances, public policies and innovations in business models, such as the use of Artificial Intelligence, green technologies and carbon market regulation. The group also aims to examine the impact of emerging technologies, including AI, on the development and acceleration of the energy transition, with an emphasis on sustainable and regulatory strategies.
Data Economy Regulation Center
Center focused on the development of studies on the governance and regulation of the data economy, with an emphasis on issues of economic concentration in data-based markets, global governance of the digital economy and regulation of the data economy.
Digital Competition Center
The Center carries out its activities in two research areas. The first focuses on analyzing competition in Artificial Intelligence (AI) markets and the impacts of this technology on competitive dynamics. The second is dedicated to the study of competition in digital markets, addressing structural, regulatory and strategic issues that influence performance and fairness in these environments. The center takes an interdisciplinary approach to understanding competitive dynamics and proposing solutions aimed at regulation and competitive balance.
